The media is fear mongering. This is not the start of WW3.
The media thrives off war mongering. It makes money off you clicking articles warning of a looming World War. It delights in reporting on something other than The Bachelor even if it is for a couple of days. This is a message to inform people that what occurred yesterday is not the start of World War Three.
Yesterday's attack was a measured, controlled military strike on a largely unmanned military target in Syria in reaction to chemical attacks. These chemical attacks have been taking place without any ramifications in a on-going Civil War since Obama's Presidency.
Yesterday's attack was a one-off sign of force. Russia was warned ahead of time. So were America's allies. This is a drop in the ocean in the scheme of things. This was not a direct attack on civilians or Russian forces as some publications will have you believe.
This is not the Invasion of Poland or the Assassination of the Arch Duke. Your lives will go on and so will the World. The media has an incentive to dress this up to make money off you. Please don't be a sheep. Look at things objectively and weigh things up for yourselves. Enjoy the rest of your days.
